Please read these Terms carefully. These Terms govern your access to and use of our Site, the purchase and sale of trading cards and related products, and any other services we may offer.

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or you are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and any such changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the Site. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms to stay informed of any changes.

We also reserve the right to refuse service or deny access to anyone for any reason, at our sole discretion.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Site, including making purchases or selling products, you may be required to create an account ("Account"). When registering, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your Account details, including your password.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of your Account.

4. Products and Pricing

TraderDanstcg.com offers a marketplace for the buying and selling of trading cards and related products. All product listings are subject to availability and may be subject to price changes without notice. We strive to provide accurate descriptions of products, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product information.

• Prices: Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may not include taxes, shipping fees, or other charges, which will be added at checkout.
• Product Condition: All products listed on the Site may be categorized according to their condition (e.g., Near Mint, Lightly Played, etc.). It is the responsibility of the seller to provide accurate descriptions and images of the condition of the product.
• Product Availability: We cannot guarantee that all products listed on the Site will be available at the time of purchase.If a product isn't available we will notify you via email.

5. Transactions and Payments

By completing a purchase, you are offering to buy the product(s) from the seller at the price and terms specified on the Site. We process payments through third-party payment processors, Shopify Merchant Services, and you agree to abide by the payment terms of those processors.

• Sales Tax: Sales tax may apply depending on your location.
• Order Cancellation: TraderDanstcg.com reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, stock availability issues, suspected fraud, or any other reason deemed necessary.
• In the event of customer requested order cancellation, you will receive a full refund for any amounts paid on orders less a 5% fee this is an acoumlutation of the 3% credit card processing fee charged at the time your order is placed and a 2% processing fee.
• Deposits: Deposits paid on any item are non-refundable.
• Pre-Orders: By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following: We reserve the right to adjust the initial order quantities in order to prioritize fulfilling all pre-orders. In the event of limited stock, we may adjust or allocate quantities to ensure pre-orders are fulfilled before processing any orders with quantities over 1. This adjustment will be done at our discretion to meet the demand of pre-order customers first.
• Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a transaction with your payment provider without first giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue directly, we reserve the right to cancel any outstanding orders and refuse acceptance of any future orders. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues or concerns before initiating a chargeback, as we are committed to providing a fair and prompt resolution. By using our services, you agree to this policy.

If you decide to cancel the remainder of your pre-order, a 5% service fee will be subtracted from the total amount of the pre-order, not just the remaining balance. For further details, please refer to our Refund Policy above.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method and the destination.
• Address Verification: It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided the correct shipping address. Once an order has shipped we are unable to make changes to the address. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address provided by customers .
• Risk of Loss: All items purchased from TraderDanstcg.com are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy. The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you once the product is delivered to the carrier.

7. Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our. Products may only be returned or refunded in cases of defective items or seller error. You agree to review our Return Policy for detailed information.

• Refund Process: We aim to process all refunds promptly and efficiently. All refunds on our site are processed through Shopify Merchant Services. Once we submit a refund request, Shopify processes it in the order it is received, which typically takes 2-10 business days. After the refund is processed by Shopify, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing speeds.

In some rare cases, refunds may take up to 30 days to fully reflect in your account, particularly if there are delays with your bank or financial institution.

8. User-Generated Content

By submitting, posting, or sharing any content (such as product listings, reviews, or comments) on the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, and distribute that content for any purpose related to our services.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and agree not to post content that is:

• False, misleading, or deceptive.
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Offensive, obscene, or discriminatory.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and services, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or other conduct that may harm us or other users.

Use of bots on our site and for our services is strictly forbidden. If you are caught using a bot your account will immediately be banned and your orders canceled. Orders canceld and refunded in this manner are assessed a $50 fee.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or with Trader Dans TCG will be resolved through binding arbitration in Pennsylvania, and you agree to waive your right to a jury trial.

15. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TraderDanstcg.com regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements.
